Monday: All classes- School SCRABBLE tournament concluded today. No homework. Class A cartoons are due tomorrow.

Tuesday: Class A did not meet due to Guidance program. All other classes: We wrote responses to the program today on abuse. We began reading the book Watsons Go to Birmingham. No writen homework.

Wednesday:  Class A presented their cartoon scenes of chapter 4 -7.  They turned in books. Discussion about book. No HW for this evening.  Classes B,C, D — Copies of book Watsons go to Birmingham 1963 were checked out to students.  Students should read through chapter 3 for homework.

I would like to thank all of the students and parents for their participation in the Teacher Appreciation Week activities.  It is such a blessing to wotk with these students every day.  Thank you!

Monday – We continued to work on Sales Tax. We checked last night’s hw. We worked on finding the total price. No HW.

Tuesday – We checked last night’s work and took a quiz today on sales tax and total price. No hw.

Wednesday – Do Lesson 8-5.

Thursday – We reviewed lesson 8-5. No hw.

Friday – Mrs. Nobles presented the Pythagorean Theorem.

Monday – I took up homework from Class A. Test today. No hw.

Tuesday – Class A didn’t have class.  Class C worked on finding the sales tax, using 9.25%
