What? Team 6-B Field Trip

Where? Pink Palace Museum/IMAX Theater

Why? To explore the exhibits and view the IMAX film “Mummies Secrets of the Pharaohs.”

Cost: $7.50 exact cash or check made out to CMS. Homeroom teachers need all permission slips and money in my Friday, April 3rd.

If you would like to join us, please call the Pink Palace at 320-6362 to reserve your ticket. We will be attending the 11:00 show and adult ticket prices are $8.50. Reserving your ticket ensures your place if they sell out.  If you would like to join us for lunch on the lawn ( if weather permits), we should return around 1:00 p.m. If you have any questions, please e-mail Mrs. Jackson at a1jackson@scsk12.org

3/23/09 Monday- Review Chapter 15 “Waves.” Pass out the Chapter 15 Study Guide. Study Guide check on tomorrow and test this Friday, March 27th.  

HW- Practice Probe #5’s code is: WZ5722 and is due by this Friday. Chapter 15 Study Guide due tomorrow. Field Trip permission slips and money due by April 3rd.

3/24/09 Tuesday- Check Chapter 15 Study Guide. Read and discuss pages 448-449 in class. Complete an in class review sheet.

HW- Practice Probe #5 due by this Friday. Chapter 15 Test this Friday and don’t forget Field Trip permission slips and money.

3/25/09 Wednesday- Start Chapter 16 on “Sound”

HW-None

3/26/09 Thursday- Chapter 16 Sections 1 and 2 “What is Sound and Properties of Sound.”

HW- Chapter 15 Test tomorrow and Practice Probe #5 due tomorrow

3/27/09 Friday- Chapter 15 Test and turn in PP#5. Chapter 16 Section 2

HW- Don’t forget about Field Trip permission slips and money
