Monday:  Spelling 14 worksheet is due Friday before spelling quiz.  Homework:  Work on speech.  Body paragraphs due tomorrow. Create flash cards for new vocabulary list, Wordly Wise lesson 5.

Tuesday:  Reviewed new vocabulary words for Lesson 5.  Watched video on Perfect Communication.  Write introduction and conclusion for speech.  Tomorrow is library day.  Bring library books and overdue fines. Class A, complete Wordly Wise lesson 5, part A.

Wednesday:  Rough draft due tomorrow.  Bring a RED PEN!  ALL of my pens have been taken!  Anyone not prepared for class will receive a conduct mark.  We are peer editing tomorrow!  Spelling Bee at 8:30 a.m.

Thursday:  Peer edited written speeches in classes.  Homework:  Final ink copy and completed note cards due for check.  (These will not be taken up, so you can practice your speech over the weekend.)  Speech dates were assigned today for December 9-15 and written in agendas.  Remember, Spelling Worksheet 14 due tomorrow, and quiz 14 tomorrow. Class A: WW5, parts D and E1-7.
